“This Election is too important not to vote for Hillary Clinton”
An excellent argument about what voting against Hillary Clinton means. Basically, go ahead and vote for Jill Stein or Gary Johnson if you are sick of the two party system or systemic corruption. Go ahead. And face the fact that neither of these individuals has any chance of winning, and so you are giving your vote away to elect Trump.
If you hate the things you think Hillary Clinton embodies, understand that Trump is a thousand times worse. (A reminder: Trump has declared his admiration for Assad, Putin, and Jong-Un)
Want to change the system? Great. Start with the state elections. Your local elections. The mid-term elections! Don’t sit around and whine about how you’re sick of the “lesser of two evils” scenario so you’ll risk putting a dictator into office. Vote for change in the other elections. Congress needs to be Progressive, no matter who becomes President in 2016 or 2020, but I guarantee you that you won’t even have a choice if you allow Trump to win.
