NKorea isn’t serious. Calm the F*ck Down, Trump

There’s this thing called the DMZ (demilitarized zone) that separates North and South.  We have infantry companies who man our side 24/7, 365.  They are armed with some fearsome weapons (I’ve seen and heard them).  The M61 Vulcan was one of them, last I knew. (yes, I know, it’s typically in aircraft, but trust me, its most likely still there, or its upgrade)

We’re not just at the DMZ.  Spread throughout South Korea are several bases, some close to the DMZ.  They’ve been parked there since the end of the Korean War.  We also have a large Navy there.  Whenever the military, en masse, conducts training exercises, the leader of NK will throw a fit because he feels he’s supposed to throw a fit.  “They’re conducting exercises designed to attack me!  How dare they!”

POINT:  If Kim wants to start a war, all he has to do is march across the DMZ.  If Kim wants to shoot a missile at us, all he has to do is fire it into South Korea.  But he won’t.  Why?  Because he’s not serious.  Period.  He’s all bluster and prissy tantrum-throwing.  JUST.  LIKE.  TRUMP.

Consider where Guam is.  Then consider where South Korea is.  Any questions?

So c’mon, @realdonaldtrump, you stupid shit. Find your head, pull it out of your ass, listen to McMaster, and go sit the fuck down and shut the fuck up.

American Terrorism

Truthdig’s Paul Street: The United States and the Crucifixion of Yemen

“I do not share other world citizens’ willingness to pardon ordinary Americans from responsibility for U.S. government crimes, both direct and indirect, around the world and in Yemen. The real story of what the U.S. is doing globally is readily available for those willing to look beyond “mainstream” sources and doctrine. Most Americans remain willfully ignorant of terrible transgressions regularly committed in their name by Uncle Sam and his allies and clients abroad.

“This ugly indifference extends even to many on the nominal left, including Bernie Sanders fans who gave unconditional support to Sanders even after he told a peace activist in Iowa City in 2015 that the Saudis “are going to have to get their hands dirty” in the U.S-led “war on [of] terror.”

““For Bernie and his supporters,” 2016 Green Party vice presidential candidate Ajamu Baraka wrote two years ago in an essay titled “The Yemen Tragedy and the Crisis of the American Left,” “the mischief that the Saudi government and private individuals have been engaged in across the region financing groups like [Islamic State] wasn’t dirty enough.”

“Neither, apparently, was Riyadh’s U.S.-equipped campaign to bomb Yemen back to the 19th century—a campaign that has turned Yemen into a shameful humanitarian disaster of epic proportions.””

He’s right.  We are guilty.  All of us.  We let this happen through our apathy and our willful ignorance.

You can’t continue to wear rose-colored glasses when viewing our own history (past and currently making) and still call yourself an American. We have to stop our government’s continuing campaign of terror on the world at large. WE are the terrorists who have spawned other terrorist groups in retaliation for what we’ve done.

We were all so shocked by 9/11.  We’re thinking, “Why did they do this to us? What did we do to deserve this?”

THIS:  We have ignored what our government has been doing for a few centuries, and with our access to information for the last 80 years, we have no excuse.  We’ve been willing to accept lies and misinformation, all because we’ve been spoon-fed “patriotism” by our leaders whose sole mission is to rob us blind while they yell “squirrel” and point to carefully selected blame games.

We can’t afford to ignore our government’s war crimes and war-mongering behavior anymore.  We can’t.  If we continue on this road, we’re complicit in all war crimes our military and intelligence agencies commit in our name.

“The United States has killed, maimed, displaced and otherwise harmed an astonishing number of people in its 241-year record of murder and mayhem—including more than 20 million killed in 37 nations since 1945.”

Here ya go, Presidents (except Jimmy Carter), Congress, FBI, CIA, NSA, etc. One more goddamn fucking word about Russian meddling and the American people should kick your duplicitous, corrupted, evil asses.  Woodrow Wilson invaded Russia during their revolution because he hated communism, and began a campaign of interventionism, calling the action White Russian.  This action was the source of the upcoming Cold War and our rivalry with Russia.  We interfered in their elections, and Americans have been ignorant of this fact thanks to the government being in charge of the making of our history books.

This blatantly racist bastard (he held a private viewing of the hideous White Supremacist film “Birth of a Nation” and personally re-activated the KKK) was responsible for the murder of civilians in Haiti, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Guatamala, Honduras, and other nations, thanks to his interference in their democratically-elected governments.  Why did he do this?  His belief that we were superior and had the right.  We aren’t and we never did.

“Hiroshima (146,000 killed with a single bomb—what President Harry Truman called “the greatest thing in history”) and Nagasaki (80,000): The arch-criminal atom bombings were unnecessary and savagely carried out even though the U.S. high command knew Japan was defeated and ready to accept U.S. surrender terms.”

What you should know, fellow Americans, is that dropping bombs on Japan was NOT due to winning the war or trying to stop more bloodshed (choke on that stupidity for a sec). It was to send a clear message to *Moscow*. All our military commanders told Truman it was unnecessary but he ignored them. The fucker should have been hung for war crimes.

We have to put a stop to this terrorism by our government, ladies and gentlemen.  We have no right to interfere with other nations, never mind declaring non-wars on their peoples.  No right whatsoever.

He Chose His Daughter, Who Is No LESS Qualified Than Trump’s CEO Cabinet

The Intercept:  It Gets Worse: Ivanka Trump Takes Her Father’s Seat in Meeting of World Leaders

“President Donald Trump decided on Saturday to skip part of a discussion about what the leaders of the world’s 20 largest economies could do to help Africans improve their lives at home.”

He couldn’t be bothered, and frankly, couldn’t keep his attention focused on it. So he sent Ivanka.

Now, please understand something here.  Having Ivanka sit there in his place isn’t an example of bad leadership.  She’s got the same experience and qualifications as every single member of his cabinet:

Secretary of State Rex Tillerson — former head of Exxon.

Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin — financier–someone who has a lot of money from questionable sources who funds things like Hollywood films and ads for Republican candidates.

Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross — billionaire investor and giver of bribes to corporate-owned political candidates.

National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster — a military veteran who has no business at an economic summit never mind as a director of intelligence for the National Security Agency–aka, as a Spy.

They’re CEOs and Spies, not qualified science and humanitarian figures who know how to HELP people.

UN Whistleblowing

Kathryn Bolkovac (and Wiki’s article)

Remember all those news stories about UN Peacekeepers committing rape and murder and involved in sex trafficking during the 90s and 2000s?  No?

I do.  You perhaps do not.  Why?

Because

a)  Peacekeepers are immune from prosecution.
b)  Military Industrial Complex will lose money if their private contractors are held responsible.
c)  The victims are women and girls.  Who gives a shit about them?
d)  The Academy of Arts and Sciences (The Oscars) refused to accept this film as a nomination for Best Picture.  If they had, more attention and subsequent worldwide outrage would have been achieved.  However, there are financiers who are involved in “Hollywood” (Steve Mnuchin anyone? He financed a lot of movies, including Jurassic World–and the MFer is now in charge of our treasury) who also have a stake in sex trafficking’s money-making operations and they aren’t about to risk a light shone in their direction.

and

e)  Barack Obama was directly responsible for criminalizing whistleblowing, despite a law that protects them.  Because of his influence, The Whistleblower was forcibly downgraded as an inferior film that no one should believe.

Because the Military Industrial Complex is so vast and corrupt, it is impossible for the UN to change, to remove immunity for criminals under their direct authority, and for their internal investigative efforts to achieve SQUAT.  When they breathe fire and aggressively condemn a country for human rights abuses, tell them that they’re no better than a contaminated government whose hands are dripping blood.

Drumpf Lies About Syria

Rose Garden Bullshit News Conference on Syrian Gas Attack

a) He tweeted several times during 2013 onward that Obama shouldn’t get involved in Syria.
b) He admired Assad before Tuesday’s gas attack (IMO, because Putin told him to).
c) The main reason for Russia’s “irrational” backing of Assad is that Russia has two oil refineries along Syria’s coast.
d) The condemnation of the gas attack is meaningless.
e) Blame Obama.
f) If you saw the news conference where this picture was taken, it was, to say the least, *embarrassing*. He used 5th grader words.
g) He has already put boots on the ground in Syria. 500 of them.
h) The meaningless approach to Syria by attacking Russia’s approval of Assad: He (via Tillerson, “former” head of Exxon) has a $500B Exxon oil deal with Russia that is dependent on the Russian sanctions being lifted.

Summary: The gas attack means nothing to Chump. He’s simply in a quagmire trying to get sanctions lifted but Congress is in his way, so he has to “appear strong” (make like a bully spewing nonsense).

Nuclear Contamination, UFO misdirection, theft, murder, and human testing

Another history lesson (bizarre as the source material is) from the Twin Peaks book. It details what happens when irresponsible and unknowledgeable people are put in charge of something dangerous, all in the name of warfare power, cloaked in “patriotism”:

“One of the first nuclear production complexes to produce weapons grade plutonium is located at Hanford, WA. Located 200 miles east of Tacoma, around a bare desert-like stretch around the Columbia river. The Hanford Ordinance Works often more benignly referred to as the Hanford Engineering company is nearly half the size of Rhode Island. In 1942, the government seized this land by exercise of Eminent Domain, a constitutional right most citizens don’t even know exists.  Over 1,500 people relocated from two nearby farming communities creating ghost towns that exist to this day. They also removed people of three Native American nations, including the Nez Perce. It was reservation land, and therefore judged ideal by the powers that be for their purposes.

“Having fleeced the Nez Perce out of their land in the mid-19th century treaty, it proved even easier to do it a second time. With world war on this time, patriotism trumped reason. Even the Indians couldn’t refuse pitching in to save the world. Most of the Manhattan Project split the atom. The B reactor the government built at Hanford produced most of the plutonium used in the bomb dropped at Nagasaki, as well as in most of the nuclear weapons America continued to manufacture throughout the Cold War.

“As a result, Hanford also produced a massive amount of nuclear waste. A threat of contamination to the area’s ground water and other resources, before the country had developed a coherent plan on how to store it or contain it. So what did they do with it?

“Recently declassified documents revealed that in 1949, soon after the war, officials at Hanford covertly released massive amounts of raw iradiated uranium fuel into the local environment. Levels monitored in the 200-mile area around Hanford exceeded the established daily limited of iodine 131 by 1,000 %. The water and land rights that were granted to the Nez Perce were fouled for generations to come. But there would be no relocations this time. Citizens in the area were, instead, routinely tested to see what effect these contaminants would have on them. (the Nez Perce and others were lab rats) And in the next few years, thyroid disease and cancer rates soared. At which point, officials at every level denied that any radiation above acceptable levels had ever been released. I wonder what Chief Joseph would have had to say to the government about that.”

This section is used as an alternate theory on what the government was covering up — and hence used the idea of UFOs for misdirection.

The Missing Yemen Raid Outrage

For Your Consideration: The Yemen Raid

The failed Yemen Raid, in which a Navy SEAL lost his life, 30 people were killed and among them were over 10 women and children, and a helicopter went down.

1. Trump couldn’t be bothered to be in the Situation Room during his 1st military decision.
2. Trump was briefed three days earlier during a *Dinner* (because he also couldn’t be bothered with a military briefing).
3. At the dinner was Steve Bannon and Jared Kushner. A National Security Adviser and his son-in-law. Neither of them should have been present.
4. The dinner was no place to discuss a military raid.

**5**. What if this had been a raid conducted under President Hillary Clinton, during which she’d discussed it and made the decision during a dinner where her daughter’s husband and someone from the JSC (who have no business conducting military affairs)? If it had been, the following would have happened:

a. The Republicans would have lost their minds and demanded multiple hearings.
b. The Republicans would have instituted impeachment proceedings because the raid was discussed out in the open during a dinner and the Republicans would have shit themselves over the possible leak of classified information.

What are the Democrats doing? NOTHING.

Sean Spicer has ordered the WH press corp to STFU about it and will not allow any criticism. What if this was a press secretary under Clinton?

The sheer amount of double standards and lack of transparency regarding this matter is unbelievable. And where is the Press’s objections about this raid? What would they have been doing if this had been done under President HRC? Along with the GOP and other conservative elements (never mind Chump’s constant tweeting about it), the public would have lost its shit over this fiasco.

Where is the outrage?
